The Board of Directors is vested with the governing and policy making responsibilities of the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce. It also controls its property and finances. It adopts rules, regulations and by-laws consistent with the purpose of the Chamber. The board meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m.
How to be nominated: Any five (5) members of the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce, in good standing, may nominate one or more candidates for election to the Board of Director’s open positions. They must file this name or names of the nominee or nominees, in writing over their signatures, with the Executive Director of the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce by 4:00 p.m. MST on July 15. |

The Executive Director has oversight and leadership responsibilities for all the Chamber activities including membership growth, retention and development; administration, staff development; and policy making pertaining to the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce's vision and mission.
