Board of Directors

Meet the friendly folks who keep your Chamber running behind the scenes.

The Board of Directors is vested with the governing and policy making responsibilities of the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce. It also controls its property and finances. It adopts rules, regulations and by-laws consistent with the purpose of the Chamber. The board meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m.

How to be nominated: Any five (5) members of the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce, in good standing, may nominate one or more candidates for election to the Board of Director’s open positions.  They must file this name or names of the nominee or nominees, in writing over their signatures, with the Executive Director of the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce by 4:00 p.m. MST on July 15.

The Executive Director has oversight and leadership responsibilities for all the Chamber activities including membership growth, retention and development; administration, staff development; and policy making pertaining to the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce's vision and mission.

Events & Marketing Coordinator

Our Events and Marketing Coordinator works closely with Chamber Committees in facilitating the event activities that are hosted by the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce.

Cindy Brock
Administrative Assistant

Our Administrative Assistant helps with all aspects of office operation, serves as our receptionist, coordinates the Builders Exchange, and maintains the Community Calendar, reader boards and electronic signboard.
