1). Rise and Lead - Women in Business | October
Rise & Lead: Women in Business is a reimagined annual event rooted in the Chamber’s mission to support, connect, and elevate our business community. Formerly the Women’s Leadership Summit, this newly refreshed event reflects a return to our roots and a realignment with our core mission and vision. Featuring inspiring speakers and meaningful conversations, Rise & Lead celebrates the impact of women in business while fostering leadership, growth, and connection for all who attend.
2). Leadership Dickinson | September-April
Leadership Dickinson is an 8-month interactive program of the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce that develops community-minded business and civic leaders of tomorrow.
During this program, high school seniors develop community awareness, volunteerism, and leadership skills and culminates in the completion of a community project.Â

3). Brand a Stand - Youth Entrepreneurship Day | July
Brand a Stand is an educational initiative that introduces youth to entrepreneurship by teaching them how to start, own, and operate their own business. It teaches skills that will prepare youth for both business and life.
This event culminates the real world experience of youth going into business by setting up their own stand during the city’s community wide Brand a Stand event.
The best part is that Brand a Stand is FREE for kids to participate!
4). Corporate Cup | August
Promote team building and bring some fun into the workplace by signing up for Corporate Cup! Enjoy friendly competition, boost morale, and compete for the trophy with your team.

5). Lunch and Learn Series
The Lunch and Learn Series, exclusive to Chamber Members, is hosted by the Develop Dickinson Committee and designed to bring valuable, relevant topics to our business community. Each session features a different focus—from mental health and business funding to cybersecurity and beyond—providing practical insights and resources to help you grow both personally and professionally. Connect, learn, and stay informed on the issues that matter most to our community.
